Happy New Years!

Happy New Year to all from us at the Wending Workshop!

This year has a lot of excitement in store for us here at the workshop.  The Tiny Stitchery is about to open its doors for full on business, moving on from just being an informational DIY source.

Further more we have been working on a lot of different leather projects and as always a plethora of stitching/sewing and other fabric related projects.

Below is a sample of some of what we made this year!

Just a sample of what has been going on this year with us amongst all the hustle and bustle of trying to be professionals and crafters at the same time.  Expect a lot more action on this site in the coming year.   Especially some HOW TO posts on many of the types of projects you've seen here!

Here's to a great 2015!

First camping trip

Our first camping trip was a total blast. It rained a bunch and got kind of cold but everyone still had a blast. Beaker made sure he got as muddy as possible and ate pin cones for desert.
We got Beaker a long leash, and he got tangled up between trees and rocks at every turn. He would bark every time he is stuck so we know to go untangle him. I got no reading done at all.
We kept the fire going during the rain, I had a blast gathering wood to keep the fire going.

sleep inducing book

passout corgi medical book

salt fare north sea

Roll on, roll off
With these words I drown
Topmast secured
Hatches battened down
Sometimes I think
It must be different on land
But from the mast I can only see tyrants
Still in command
I’m wasting time
That I can’t afford
I know I’d die on the gallows
Before I’d die of being bored
Drifting along, drifting along
